Lui sembra che lavori tanto per, la signora invece sempre molto disponibile ed educata. Il nostro è un lavoro dove bisogna sempre sorridere e dare attenzione ai clienti, non sfotterli. Detto questo, i prodotti che propongono sempre molto buoni e sicuramente di qualità. The gentleman who serves always looks at you with an air of superiority (perhaps because I am young) but today in particular with a very annoying air together with one of his clients. He seems to work hard for, but the lady is always very helpful and polite. Ours is a job where you always have to smile and pay attention to customers, not tease them. Peccato che la capienza del locale sia proprio di 5 persone e, quando siamo entrati, il limite interno era già stato abbondantemente superato. Come se non bastasse qualche cliente ha provato a fregarci il posto: a quel punto ho fatto presente la cosa e, come risposta, il dipendente uomo mi ha snobbato facendo passare altri davanti. L'altra dipendente, invece, dopo aver discusso con me sostenendo che un signore entrato dopo venisse prima di noi (cosa smentita dallo stesso signore) alla fine si è comportata in modo professionale. Al momento di andare via ho comunque salutato come mia abitudine il banconista che, per tutta risposta, mi ha ignorato per ben 2 volte. La classica incompetenza unita alla maleducazione. Mi dispiace parlarne così perché i prodotti venduti non sono poi così male. Ma da chi lavora in un locale mi aspetto un atteggiamento educato e professionale, non un modo di fare da bambini dell'asilo! But from those who work in a club I expect a polite and professional attitude, not a way of acting as a kindergarten child!
