R	RENATA ZAGO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritengo la biblioteca un posto magico, dove l'educazione viene insegnata prima di tutto con l'esempio; purtroppo ultimamente in questa biblioteca qualcosa è cambiato. Ho vissuto questa spiacevole esperienza nella parte dedicata a bambini e ragazzi: il pesonale parla ad alta voce, sia per comunicazioni inerenti il servizio, che per conversazioni di tipo personale. Tutti gli studenti si rifugiano nella stanza in fondo, che finisce con l'essere sempre piena. Oltre ad essere un gran segno di leggerenza e scarso rispetto di chi si reca in un posto che da sempre è stato l'emblema del silenzio, è davvero di pessimo esempio per ragazzini e bambini, che così non riescono ad imparare a coltivare la "magia" delle biblioteche. Speriamo che i diretti interessati prendeno coscienza della responsabilità che hanno, nel gestire un'ambiente come una bilblioteca, e che la pace che la contraddistingue Vi riprenda presto piede. I think the library is a magical place, where education is taught first of all by example; unfortunately something has changed lately in this library. I lived this unpleasant experience in the part dedicated to children and teenagers: the person speaks aloud, both for communications regarding the service and for personal conversations. All the students take refuge in the back room, which ends up being always full. In addition to being a great sign of lightness and lack of respect for those who go to a place that has always been the emblem of silence, it is a really bad example for kids and children, who thus fail to learn how to cultivate "magic" "of libraries. We hope that those directly involved become aware of the responsibility they have in managing an environment such as a library, and that the peace that distinguishes it will soon regain its footing.

Peccato che trovavo sempre un uomo e una donna in zona macchinette, cmq vicino a dei bei tavolini in zona tranquilla, lontana da scaffali e banconi, che parlano parlano parlano! mezz ore, ore! con voce abbastanza forte!! Talvolta anche qlk dipendente parla troppo forte tra loro. Per me biblioteca dovrebbe essere silenzio e rispetto. E Zudecche, cosa sarebbe la disciplina dolce? Cercavi libri di pasticceria super specializzati? Puoi sempre proporne l acquisto cmq Very beautiful. Gentili, especially the guy for PCs. Too bad that was always a man and a woman in machines area, cmq close to the nice tables in a quiet area away from the shelves and counters, which talk talk talk! half an hour, hour! in a loud enough voice !! L	Lorenzo '8,9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La biblioteca è fantastica in tutto ma gli adetti alla reception - pur essendo in genere gentili e disponibili - molto spesso parlano ad alta voce e per molto tempo (tanto tra di loro quanto con gli utenti; in particolare una signora con capelli neri a caschetto, che parla come se fossimo al bar), e ogni volta che ti prenoti o dici che hai una prenotazione hanno la fastidiosa abitudine di ripetere ad alta voce il tuo cognome, facendo sì che si senta sino in fondo la sala lettura. Insomma, su questo punto niente privacy. Il parlare a bassa voce in biblioteca dovrebbe essere la norma in teoria. Nella pratica purtroppo qui non sempre questa convenzione viene soddisfatta, e la lettura tranquilla viene spesso spezzata da questi picchi di voce, talvolta per lunghi periodi di tempo (talvolta un'ora o più). Cosa MOLTO MA MOLTO fastidiosa. Sono spesso costretto a usare tappi per le orecchie per avere un po' di silenzio. Per il wifi il problema rimane attuale: funziona abbastanza bene solo a ridosso dei posti a sedere che danno sulla strada, mentre nelle parti più interne ancora non è stato risolto il problema del segnale. I condizionatori d'aria (calda e fredda) funzionano, ma dovrebbero essere controllati perché fanno parecchio rumore. Per il resto, le sezioni, i libri, la disposizione, la luce, l'estetica, la pulizia, ecc tutto sostanzialmente ottimo. The library is fantastic throughout but the receptionists - while generally friendly and helpful - very often speak loudly and for a long time (both to each other and to users; especially a lady with black bob hair, talking as if we were at the bar), and every time you book or say you have a reservation they have the annoying habit of repeating your last name aloud, making you hear the reading room all the way through. In short, no privacy on this point. Speaking quietly in the library should be the norm in theory. In practice, unfortunately, this convention is not always satisfied here, and quiet reading is often interrupted by these peaks of voice, sometimes for long periods of time (sometimes an hour or more). VERY BUT VERY annoying thing. I am often forced to use earplugs to get some silence. For the wifi, the problem remains current: it works quite well only close to the seats facing the street, while in the innermost parts the signal problem has not yet been solved. The air conditioners (hot and cold) work but should be checked as they make a lot of noise. For the rest, the sections, the books, the layout, the light, the aesthetics, the cleanliness, etc. all basically excellent.

L	Letizia Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frequento questa biblioteca da mesi,mattina e pomeriggio.Apprezzo la cura dei dipendenti di aprire tutte le porte finestre prima dell'entrata degli utenti, al mattino e prima delle 15 e loro chiusura con l'arrivo dell'utenza,specie anziani che leggono stando seduti e han bisogno di caldo.Dipendenti cortesi,esperti,ogni tanto si sente parlare un po'piu forte ma lavorando capita.Wifi perfetto in ogni posizione della bilioteca.Ogni tanto vedo utenti con mascherine abbassate,ma pronto intervento cortese dei dipendenti.Critica solo chi non ha mai lavorato specie da privati.Tutto sempre allineato,in ordine.Biblioteca apprezzabilissima. I have been attending this library for months, morning and afternoon.I appreciate the care of the employees to open all the French windows before the users enter, in the morning and before 15 and they close when the user arrives, especially the elderly who read while standing seated and need warmth. Employees courteous, experts, sometimes you hear a little louder but while working it happens. only those who have never worked, especially as private individuals. Everything is always lined up, in order. A very valuable library.

I came here once with my baby on a baby carrier, and the other time he's on a stroller. I prefer to go there with the baby carrier so I can go there through a stairs, instead of pushing the stroller on a very steep street.
