Suggerisco per le sale di dimensioni minori di sopraelevare le poltrone in ordine crescente per una migliore visualizzazione dello schermo. Good multiplex cinema. The main room is good, the others a little less. I suggest for smaller rooms to raise the seats in ascending order for a better screen display.

Ricircolo dell' aria nullo, un tanfo di sudore terribile, sedili scomodi, risoluzione scarsissima e diffusione audio ancora peggio. Mai più. Returned to this cinema after years ... to watch a Christmas movie. Recirculation of null air, a terrible stench of sweat, uncomfortable seats, very poor resolution and even worse audio diffusion. M	Masha Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cinema all'interno è bello, specialmente la Sala Politeama. Il problema è quando le sale arrivano a riempirsi perché i biglietti sono senza il numero del posto. Questo è scomodissimo, si va al cinema per divertirsi magari con i figli e non litigare o sentire litigare per un posto. The cinema inside is nice, especially the Sala Politeama. The problem is when the halls get full because the tickets do not have a seat number. This is very uncomfortable, you go to the cinema to have fun perhaps with your children and not argue or hear arguing for a place.

Per questo non metto 5 stelle The films look good, the sound is excellent and the 3D too. The small rooms beyond the one are small and the films can only be seen well from the last rows. That's why I don't put 5 stars
r	rosario forte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo, il locale è bellissimo ma il personale è davvero scortese, la signora è stata a dir poco sbagliata e inoltre nelle locandine non viene mai specificato quale cinema è, e quindi di conseguenza ci siamo trovati come degli idioti ad aspettare la proiezione del film che era in sede separata... E che da loro veniva definita SALA e non un cinema a parte, davvero sconsigliato, meglio piazza Armerina Disgusting, the place is beautiful but the staff is really rude, the lady was wrong to say the least and also in the posters is never specified which cinema is, and therefore we found ourselves like idiots to wait for the screening of the film that it was in a separate venue ... And that they called SALA and not a separate cinema, really not recommended, better Piazza Armerina

Io personalmente ho visto un film nella nuovissima sala Karol ed è stata un ottima esperienza. Cinema with several rooms located in different areas of the city but reachable on foot in a few minutes. Super-educated and helpful staff. I personally saw a movie in the brand new Karol room and it was a great experience.
