C	Conni Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unsere Unterkunft über Booking.com gebucht. Auf den dort angezeigten Fotos hat man bereits gesehen, dass die Villa sehr alt aber doch schön ist. Leider war es in echt nicht ganz so. Aber jetzt von Anfang an: 1. Die Villa liegt etwa 20km von Venedig entfernt in der Nähe eines Dorfes, wo es mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants, etc. gibt. 2. Um die Villa ist ein großer Garten in dem ein Pavillon, ein Whirlpool und eine Tischtennisplatte steht. Leider war das Wasser des Whirlpools bereits bei unserer Ankunft nicht mehr zu 100% sauber. Wir haben jedesmal bevor wir in den Pool sind geduscht, trotzdem ist das Wasser leider schlecht geworden. Dann haben die Vermieter den Pool gesperrt (angeblich weil sie ihn reinigen wollten, aber sie haben bis zu unserer Abfahrt nichts mehr am Pool gemacht) 3. Nun zum Haus. Von außen sieht das Haus sehr schön aus. Leider stinkt bzw. müffelt es drinnen. In der Küche ist alles in irgendwelchen Schubladen gestopft. Es sind viel zu viele Dinge da, die leider auch nicht richtig sauber sind. Am besten wär es, wenn die Küche mal komplett neu gemacht werden würde bzw. wenigstens richtig gründlich gereinigt werden würde. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet. Manche sind im Biedermaierstyle, unseres war leider mit uralten Billigmöbel eingerichtet. Wenn man den Schrank aufgemacht hat, hatte man Angst, dass der Schrank auseinander fällt. 4. zu den Vermietern: Die beiden sind sehr nett. Leider gab es Kommunikationsprobleme (die Vermieterin kann leider kaum Englisch). Außerdem sind beide jeden Tag von 14.00-18.00 Uhr im Garten. Das wussten wir leider vorher nicht, sonst hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Wir wollten unsere Ruhe haben. Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht zu 100% weiterempfehlen, da ich 50€ pro Person por Nacht für diese Unterkunft einfach zu teuer finde. Wenn man aber ein sehr günstiges Angebot findet und wenig Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringt, kann hier bestimmt eine schöne Zeit erleben. We booked our accommodation through Booking.com. On the photos shown there you can already see that the villa is very old but beautiful. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite like that in real life. But now from the beginning: 1. The villa is about 20km from Venice near a village where there are several supermarkets, restaurants, etc. 2. Around the villa is a large garden with a pavilion, a whirlpool and a table tennis table. Unfortunately, the water in the whirlpool was no longer 100% clean when we arrived. We always showered before we went into the pool, but unfortunately the water went bad. Then the landlords blocked the pool (supposedly because they wanted to clean it, but they didn't do anything at the pool until we left) 3. Now to the house. From the outside the house looks very nice. Unfortunately it stinks or smells inside. Everything in the kitchen is crammed into some drawer. There are far too many things that are unfortunately not really clean. It would be best if the kitchen was completely redone or at least cleaned thoroughly. The rooms are furnished differently. Some are in the Biedermaier style, ours was unfortunately furnished with ancient cheap furniture. When you opened the closet, you were afraid that the closet would fall apart. 4. About the landlords: They are both very nice. Unfortunately there were communication problems (the landlady can hardly speak English). In addition, both are in the garden every day from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Unfortunately, we didn't know that beforehand, otherwise we would not have booked the accommodation. We wanted our peace and quiet. I cannot recommend the accommodation 100%, as I think 50 € per person per night is simply too expensive for this accommodation. But if you find a very cheap offer and spend little time in your accommodation, you can definitely have a good time here.

I giardini di fronte alla villa sono molto ampi, belli, ben tenuti, con tavolo da Ping pong, una jacuzzi con idromassaggio e il barbecue messi a disposizione. Gli interni si presentano puliti e ordinati, a disposizione ci sono 3 bagni e le camere sono situate tutte al primo piano e sono accoglienti. Lo consiglio per chi volesse fare una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante in mezzo al verde e riposarsi dopo una giornata passata in giro per Venezia. We spent our holidays at this property, a 20-minute drive from Venice. The gardens in front of the villa are very large, beautiful, well maintained, with Ping pong table, a jacuzzi with hydromassage and a barbecue available. The interiors are clean and tidy, there are 3 bathrooms available and the bedrooms are all located on the first floor and are welcoming. I recommend it for those wishing to take a quiet and relaxing holiday in the middle of the green and rest after a day spent around Venice.

Ho organizzato per sabato scorso la festa per i 18 anni di mio figlio che ha trovato il personale simpatico e disponibile per rendere l'occasione un momento indimenticabile. Un grazie speciale va a Luigi (il proprietario). Consigliatissimo!!! Nice place with large garden great for parties and events. I organized my son's 18th birthday party last Saturday who found the staff nice and helpful to make the occasion an unforgettable moment. A special thanks goes to Luigi (the owner). Highly recommended !!!
