★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo settecentesco progettato da Luigi Vanvitelli e terminato da suo figlio Carlo, rappresenta il punto di arrivo delle acque del fiume Fizzo che, attraverso l'acquedotto Carolino, alimentavano le cascate e le fontane del parco reale della vicina Reggia. Per sfruttare quest'acqua, furono realizzati tre mulini, due dei quali con quattro macine, detti Reali perché di proprietà del Re e dati in fitto ad un canone elevato.Dopo l'Unità d'Italia, passarono al Demanio Statale per poi diventare, durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale, un calzaturificio (notare l'antica insegna in stile Liberty, sulla facciata rivolta su via Ferrarecce, recante la denominazione "Opificio Militare Vestiario ed Equip.to"). Oggi purtroppo il palazzo è un affascinante rudere che versa in uno stato di degrado e abbandono.
 Eighteenth-century palace designed by Luigi Vanvitelli and completed by his son Carlo, represents the arrival point of the waters of the Fizzo river which, through the Carolino aqueduct, fed the waterfalls and fountains of the royal park of the nearby Reggia. To exploit this water, three mills were built, two of which with four millstones, called Royal because they were owned by the King and rented at a high rent. After the unification of Italy, they passed to the State Property and then became, during the First World War, a shoe factory (note the ancient Liberty-style sign on the facade facing via Ferrarecce, bearing the name "Opificio Militare Vestiario e Equip.to"). Today, unfortunately, the palace is a fascinating ruin that is in a state of decay and abandonment.
