L'appassionato corpo istruttori, che vanta un pedigree di elevatissimo pregio, mette totale dedizione alla causa dell'Associazione in termini di tempo e risorse personali. I risultati si vedono soprattutto nelle prestazioni degli atleti MTC che competono (amatorialmente o da professionisti) nei circuiti federali nazionali ed anche internazionali.
Consigliatissima sia sotto il profilo tecnico che sotto quello umano.
