Perfetta anche per i corsi di arti marziali e sport da combattimento, bello il ring. Great gym! The weight room is immense, excellent equipment and trained instructors. Also perfect for martial arts courses and combat sports, the ring is beautiful.

Very positive, nice people, instructors who follow you smiling and qualified secretarial staff. fantastic weight room complete for all tastes
J	John Turrisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto ampia e ben strutturata per i vari tipi corsi da fare .. tutto sempre pulito e igienizzato soprattutto gli spogliatoi tenuti perfetti puliti e igienizzati la consiglio sia per la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale ma soprattutto per la pulizia con cui 3 tenuta . Very large and well-structured gym for the various types of courses to be done .. everything always clean and sanitized especially the locker rooms kept perfect clean and sanitized I recommend it both for the friendliness and kindness of the staff but above all for the cleanliness with which 3 held.
A	Antonio Graziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra accogliente, ambiente familiare, non adatta a chi cerca un luogo per fare "passerella, gossip o altro" ma per chi cerca l'essenziale per allenarsi ed in un ambiente in cui però ci si conosce tutti, quindi non credo ed asettico come spesso accade in grandi circoli. Diversi corsi, dalla sala pesi, al pugilato, alle arti marziali,... Welcoming gym, family environment, not suitable for those looking for a place to do "catwalk, gossip or other" but for those looking for the essentials to train and in an environment where everyone knows each other, so I don't think so and aseptic as often it happens in large circles. Different courses, from the weight room, to boxing, to martial arts, ...

La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. La consiglio Great gym, huge and well laid out. Various activities are carried out at all hours for all needs. Well equipped old school weight room. The owner is very kind and very helpful. I recommend it
