★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato molto bene con Mirko, sono venuti a fare un primo sopralluogo gratuito e successivamente, dopo aver sentito altre 2 aziende, ho deciso di affidare il lavoro a lui anche perché mi è sembrato molto più trasparente e mi ha trasmesso fiducia.
Adesso che il lavoro è stato terminato posso confermare il tutto.

 I got on very well with Mirko, they came for a first free inspection and then, after hearing from 2 other companies, I decided to entrust the work to him also because he seemed much more transparent and gave me confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a Mirko per un lavoro relativamente semplice: l'installazione di una lampada nel box che io, pur abbastanza pratico di lavori in casa, non riuscivo a completare, tra le difficoltà a perforare il cemento armato, rimuovere alcune viti impanate della luce precedente, ecc. Stufo di perdere tempo e temendo di fare altri danni, ho chiamato Mirko. Arrivato subito (avevo la fortuna che fosse in zona) e lavoro fatto in 10 minuti a regola d'arte: installazione della nuova lampada e rimozione dei ganci della vecchia, sulla quale non contavo dopo che io avevo spanato le viti a fondo. Pur nella semplicità del lavoro (per un professionista), di Mirko mi ha colpito l'approccio: solare, sorridente, spontaneo. E, in linea con questo atteggiamento accomodante, il prezzo è stato onestissimo: rivolgendomi a un professionista credevo di spendere molto di più. Soldi ben spesi per la mia salute e il mio tempo. In conclusione, se dovessi fare un lavoro più complesso mi rivolgerei nuovamente a Mirko perché mi trasmette professionalità ma anche fiducia, importantissima quando "si mette la propria casa in mani altrui". I turned to Mirko for a relatively simple job: the installation of a lamp in the box which I, although quite familiar with housework, was unable to complete, amid the difficulties in drilling the reinforced concrete, removing some breaded screws of the light previous, etc. Tired of wasting time and afraid of doing more damage, I called Mirko. Arrived immediately (I was lucky he was in the area) and work done in 10 minutes to perfection: installation of the new lamp and removal of the hooks of the old one, on which I did not count after I had stripped the screws thoroughly. Despite the simplicity of the work (for a professional), Mirko's approach struck me: sunny, smiling, spontaneous. And, in line with this accommodating attitude, the price was very honest: turning to a professional I thought I was spending a lot more. Money well spent on my health and my time. In conclusion, if I had to do a more complex job, I would turn to Mirko again because he gives me professionalism but also trust, very important when "you put your house in the hands of others".
