Erano un regalo, ma non appena sono stati calzati, è stato riscontato che davano più che fastidio, comprimendo la parte superiore interna del piede, appena sotto la caviglia, provocando indolenzimento e dolore, e risultando a dire dell'interessato incalzabili. Ho subito contattato il negozio per chiedere una sostituzione, ma appena arrivato il commesso riferiva di essere già a conoscenza di quel tipo di problema, a suo avviso comune di quello specifico tipo di calzature, e di poterlo risolvere immediatamente, nonostante avessi espresso la chiara intenzione di sostituire il prodotto con un altro. In un attimo, prima che mi accorgessi di cosa stesse facendo, ha tagliato con le forbici un lembo di pelle nel punto di raccordo della linguetta con la tomaia, invitando a provarli con un calzino spesso e a camminarci per un po'.
Perplesso, domandavamo allora, se sarebbe stata ancora possibile una sostituzione, nel caso in cui dopo averci camminato il problema fosse rimasto, rispondeva, aggirando la domanda, che era sicuro che sarebbero andati benissimo!!
Provati per poche centinaia di metri, (impossibile indossarli di più) il problema è rimasto. Ricontattati telefonicamente mi è stato detto che non potevano più essere sostituiti perché ormai usati!!! Purtroppo pochi giorni dopo è cominciata la chiusura e sono ripassato al negozio appena possibile. Risultato, mi è stato chiesto nuovamente di riportare gli scarponcini per risolvere in loco il problema ma che non potevano essere assolutamente cambiati.
Non li ho più riportati al negozio.
Sono rimasto fortemente deluso dal loro comportamento ed ostinazione a non voler dal principio sostituire la merce.

I immediately contacted the shop to ask for a replacement, but as soon as I arrived the clerk reported that he was already aware of that type of problem, in his common opinion of that specific type of footwear, and that he could solve it immediately, despite having expressed the clear intention. to replace the product with another. In a moment, before I knew what he was doing, he cut a flap of leather with scissors at the point where the tongue joined the upper, inviting you to try them on with a thick sock and walk on it for a while.
Perplexed, we asked then, if a replacement would still be possible, if after walking the problem had remained, he replied, bypassing the question, that he was sure they would be fine !!
Tested for a few hundred meters (impossible to wear them more) the problem remained. Contacted by phone I was told that they could no longer be replaced because they are now used !!! Unfortunately, a few days later it was closed and I went back to the shop as soon as possible. Result, I was asked again to bring back the boots to solve the problem on the spot but they could not be changed at all.
I never took them back to the store.
I was strongly disappointed by their behavior and obstinacy not to want to replace the goods from the beginning.
