★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 17.07.2021, ho acquistato una borsa Le Carrie: prezzo iniziale di € 225,00 scontata del 30% €157,00. Il giorno seguente, ho visitato il Sito ed ho scoperto che il prezzo della Borsa è di euro €185,00 scontata del 30% €129,00.
Quindi hanno maggiorato il prezzo, e fanno credere di applicare lo sconto.

 Saturday 17.07.2021, I purchased a Le Carrie bag: initial price of € 225.00 discounted by 30% € 157.00. The following day, I visited the Site and I discovered that the price of the Stock Exchange is € 185.00 discounted by 30% € 129.00.
So they have increased the price, and make them believe they are applying the discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vetrine discutibile per troppa esposizione comunque questioni di gusti...entro e vengo aggredita da una signora/commessa maleducata senza poi che si attacca un commesso che vuole difendere quando faccio notare l'atteggiamento maleducato della commessa, questo mi dice avevi una faccia!! Scusa ? Indosso la mascherina come ha fatto a vedere la mia faccia/smorfie?poi mi segue all'esterno e mi dice vattene!!! Mai mai nella mia vita ho incontrato tanta maledizione. Cambiate lavoro vergognatevi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Personale di una maleducazione estrema, dal primo all'ultimo commesso. In particolare un ragazzo dai capelli rossicci che ha addirittura bestemmiato a gran voce per aver ricevuto sbadatamente un pestone da una cliente che indietreggiava. Pochissima attenzione, infine, alle norme vigenti per evitare il contagio da covid. Sconsigliatissimo. Se ci fosse stata la possibilità di mettere meno 10 stelle l'avrei fatto ma purtoppo il minimo è una stella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è carino, nulla di eccezionale, forse prezzi leggermente alti. Gli avrei dato 3 o 4 stelle se non fosse stato per l'incredibile scortesia dei commessi che non si sono dimostrati disponibili a mostrare la merce e hanno più volte commentato con battute inopportune.
The shop is nice, nothing exceptional, maybe slightly high prices. I would have given him 3 or 4 stars if it hadn't been for the unbelievable rudeness of the clerks who have not shown themselves available to show the goods and have repeatedly commented with inappropriate jokes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 17 luglio 2021 ho acquistato presso la "boutique" Romandini un sandalo argento con tacco prezzo scontato al 50 % 99,00 euro. L'ho indossato sabato 24 luglio per la prima volta ad un matrimonio. Solo due ore dopo la suoletta interna era completamente spellata. La responsabile si è rifiutata di cambiare l'articolo offrendosi di mettere una suoletta nuova accusandomi di aver provocato il danno attaccando un aggeggio anti scivolo(COSA CHE NON HO ASSOLUTAMENTE FATTO).
Per concludere mi ha riagganciato il telefono in malo modo.
Complimenti per la serietà, l'educazione e il rispetto per il cliente!!!!

Saturday 17 July 2021 I bought a silver sandal with heel at the Romandini "boutique" at a discounted price of 50% 99.00 euros. I wore it on Saturday 24th July for the first time at a wedding. Only two hours later the inner sole was completely stripped. The manager refused to change the item and offered to put on a new insole accusing me of causing the damage by attacking an anti-slip device (WHAT I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DO).
Finally, he hung up the phone in a bad way.
Congratulations for the seriousness, education and respect for the customer !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA esperienza mai + nella vita, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!!!! dopo aver pagato delle scarpe con carta di credito, ci siamo accorti che la cifra pagata era + alta rispetto a quello della vetrina, fatto notare l'INCRESCIOSO inconveniente alla titolare, che dopo averci rimborsato la differenza invece di scusarsi ci trattata IN MALO MODO, sia lei che alcuni suoi commessi /e addirittura invitati ad uscire dal negozio . (alla faccia delle buone maniere) EVIDENTEMENTE sia la titolare, che i suoi dipendenti non sanno che la buona educazione non costa nulla ma vale TANTO !!!!
