★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in negozio, spinta dal preferire fare lavorare un piccolo negozio della zona piuttosto che una grande catena. Avevo urgenza (dichiarata più e più volte) per lavoro di un computer che lavorasse con determinati programmi e quindi ero andata per acquistare. I ragazzi piuttosto che un acquisto mi hanno proposto di risistemare il vecchio mac mettendo un altro sistema operativo. Il lavoro sarebbe stato perfetto (per 500€) e ci avrebbero impiegato mezza giornata. Non è stato così. Il lavoro è stato più lento del previsto, ma cosa peggiore è che a distanza di mesi, porterò il mac a fare risistemare a mie spese. Cosa non va? Praticamente niente. Non si connette bene ad internet, il cloud non è più utilizzabile, le periferiche hanno continui problemi e non è stabile l'utilizzo. Ho contattato un altro tecnico che ha valutato per niente professionale il lavoro. Inaccettabile per il prezzo richiesto, che richiederà e soprattutto per il tempo perso in tutti questi mesi. Sconsiglio.
 I went to the shop, driven by preferring to have a small local shop work rather than a large chain. I had an urgency (declared over and over again) for the work of a computer that worked with certain programs and therefore I went to buy. The guys rather than a purchase offered me to rearrange the old mac by putting another operating system. The job would have been perfect (for 500 €) and it would have taken half a day. It was not so. The work was slower than expected, but worst of all, months later, I will take the mac to be reset at my expense. What's wrong? Virtually nothing. It does not connect well to the internet, the cloud is no longer usable, the peripherals have continuous problems and use is not stable. I contacted another technician who found the work to be very professional. Unacceptable for the asking price, which it will require and above all for the time lost in all these months. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato iPhone ricondizionato e dopo UN MESE la batteria da capacità 100% è passata a non dare nemmeno la capacità e scrivere che c’è stato un drastico calo e di portarlo in assistenza. il telefono è di una persona che praticamente lo usa solo per chiamate e messaggi quindi sicuramente non dovuto all’usura.
Hanno provato a fare i furbi su mille altre questioni, da graffi sulla scocca ad altro. NON COMPRATE QUI. Meglio siti online referenziati che vi permettono di fare il reso, senza cercare di imbrogliarvi in ogni modo.
I bought a refurbished iPhone and after ONE MONTH the 100% capacity battery went not even giving the capacity and write that there has been a drastic drop and bring it to service. the phone belongs to a person who practically uses it only for calls and messages, therefore certainly not due to wear.
They tried to be clever on a thousand other issues, from scratches on the body to more. DO NOT BUY HERE. Better referenced online sites that allow you to make the return, without trying to cheat you in any way.
