Un elogio molto sentito a Daniele per la sua estrema professionalità, preparazione, educazione. Spero che queste caratteristiche esemplari gli vengano riconosciute dall'azienda per la quale lavora. Grazie ancora, Daniele, mi hai risolto un problema come altri, invece, non avevano fatto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora premetto che nn sono qui a giudicare e criticare il lavoro di nessuno....ma qualcuno deve spiegare alla commessa ...che punto primo si usa la mascherina...e punto secondo deve fare un corso accellerato di educazione se vuole continuare a fare quel lavoro....mi avete visto questa volta ....nn mi vedete più!
So I state that I'm not here to judge and criticize anyone's work .... but someone has to explain to the saleswoman ... which first point you use the mask ... and second point you have to take an accelerated education course if you want to continue to do that job .... you saw me this time .... you don't see me anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora: ho avuto problemi di credito col contratto telefonico e mi sono dovuto recare al centro Tim ormai l’unico in zona. Gli operatori secondo me non sanno dare informazioni precise. Infatti dopo aver precedentemente telefonato tre volte loro, per spiegazioni inerente un ammanco di credito, mi hanno sempre fatto chiamare il numero 119 il quale mi agganciava linea. Quindi ho deciso di recarmi di persona al centro Tim. Una volta arrivato sono stato aggredito come una iena da una commessa in malo modo che sembrava infastidita perché avendomi riconosciuto mi ha detto maleducatamente che non sta a loro risolvere il mio problema. Dopo aver ribadito alla sbraitante donna che il 119 non mi rispondeva ed è per quello che ero lì in negozio, un giovane commesso è stato veramente carino aiutandomi a contattare il numero di assistenza. Voglio dire alla signora commessa che con l’impazienza e la maleducazione non si arriva da nessuna parte, prenda esempio da suo collega!
So: I had credit problems with my phone contract and I had to go to the Tim center, now the only one in the area. In my opinion, operators do not know how to give precise information. In fact, after having previously phoned them three times, for explanations concerning a lack of credit, they always made me call the number 119 which hooked me up. So I decided to go to the Tim center myself. Once I arrived I was attacked like a hyena by a vicious saleswoman who seemed annoyed because having recognized me she rudely told me that it is not up to them to solve my problem. After reiterating to the shouting woman that 119 was not answering me and that is why I was there in the shop, a young salesman was really nice helping me to contact the assistance number. I want to tell the saleswoman that with impatience and rudeness you won't get anywhere, take your colleague's example!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata al negozio con un'offerta ricevuta tramite SMS ta tim.La commessa mi ha riferito che l'offerta prevedeva un acconto di€99 e che mi sarebbero stati dati accessori per lo stesso valore.Ho quindi chiamato tim che mi confermava che non vi era nessun acconto da versare la commessa ha comunque negato l 'evidenza e ha detto che non mi avrebbe dato il telefono senza l'acquisto degli accessori.Telefono poi acquistato nel centro di Alfonsine senza nessuna richiesta di acconto.Veramente una brutta immagine per una azienda come la tim.
