Evitate a tutti i costi se potete, se potranno fregarvi, lo faranno. Zero comunicazione sui rimborsi veri (Quelli ridotti però si eh?). Zero flessibilità. Rivalersi sui clienti dopo un periodo di crisi può servire a riprendersi, ma qui abbiamo sfiorato il ridicolo. Eviterò di tornarci e sconsiglierò a tutti di venirci. The administrative side of this gym doesn't cater to its clients in the slightest, I'm disgusted with their attitude and how we were treated. Avoid at all costs if you can, if they can cheat you, they will. Zero communication on real refunds (Those reduced, however, eh?). Zero flexibility. Reclaiming customers after a period of crisis can serve to recover, but here we have touched on the ridiculous. I will avoid going back and advise everyone not to come.

Orari ridotti in settimana, ridottissimi nel weekend e chiusura estiva non le fanno certo una buona pubblicità. Prezzo non adeguato ai servizi offerti e alla qualità della struttura (vedi foto). Credo basterebbe veramente molto poco da parte dello staff per migliorare molti aspetti mediocri, vi prego di considerare i miei feedback e suggerimenti. As they say: "Without infamy and without praise". I attend this gym more for the company I have created for myself than for the value for money. Reduced hours during the week, very short on weekends and summer closure certainly do not give it good publicity. Price not adequate for the services offered and the quality of the structure (see photo). I think it would take very little from the staff to improve many mediocre aspects, please consider my feedback and suggestions.

Per utilizzarli viene richiesto di fare un altro abbonamento che naturalmente ha costo superiore al valore del voucher perciò il cliente deve dare dei soldi alla palestra. E' assolutamente scorretto chiedere altri soldi ai clienti! Non viene data nessuna possibilità di utilizzare solo l'importo del voucher facendo una tessera con un numero di ingressi limitati, cosa che facevano in epoca pre Covid. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the management of the vouchers. To use them you are required to make another subscription which of course has a cost higher than the value of the voucher so the customer must give money to the gym. It is absolutely unfair to ask customers for more money! There is no possibility to use only the amount of the voucher by making a card with a limited number of entries, which they did in pre-Covid times.
