★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In seguito a numerosi problemi con il mio gestore telefonico che andavano avanti da un anno e mezzo, sono stato travolto da una situazione veramente complicata ed ingestibile, con fatture totalmente errate, penali da pagare, invio di un modem mai richiesto e con relativa fattura da pagare eccc.. Mi sono rivolto a questo Movimento Consumatori, formato da uno Staff che con molta gentilezza e pazienza ha preso in carico il problema, ed in particolare al Sign. Cambiolo che con decisione, esperienza e professionalità, ha saputo gestire al meglio la situazione e fatto rimborsare quasi 400 euro addebitatemi ingiustamente. Non posso far altro che ringraziarli per aver risolto una situazione veramente complicata e fuori controllo.
Following numerous problems with my telephone operator that had been going on for a year and a half, I was overwhelmed by a really complicated and unmanageable situation, with totally wrong invoices, penalties to be paid, sending a modem that was never requested and with relative invoice from pay eccc .. I turned to this Consumer Movement, made up of a staff who with great kindness and patience took charge of the problem, and in particular to Sign. Cambiolo who, with decision, experience and professionalism, was able to manage the situation in the best possible way and had almost 400 euros reimbursed unfairly charged to me. I can't help but thank them for solving a really complicated and out of control situation.
