Entro nel negozio chiedendo di un paio di sneakers viste sul sito, mi dicono che le devono fare arrivare da Saluzzo (e già lì, se uno entra è per comprare, mica per aspettare...), passo il sabato successivo e attendo un’ora che le trovino, ma nulla, quindi me ne vado. Mi chiamano alle 17,30 dicendo che le hanno trovate e posso passare. Ovviamente non riuscivo più ad andare a Cuneo. Quindi scatta la zona rossa, io abito a Milano e non mi posso spostare su Cuneo. Oggi mi chiamano dicendo che non mi tengono più le scarpe se non posso passare nei prossimi gg. Ma lo sanno che da giovedì ci sarà di nuovo la zona rossa? Io sono allibita dalla disorganizzazione. Due viaggi a vuoto e liquidata in questo modo. Assurdo. Disorganization in its pure state.
