Ci hanno dato una bici con le ruote sgonfie, una che aveva un problema ai pedali e non si muoveva l altra troppo piccola con il cambio bloccato. Ci hanno ugualmente addebitato la tariffa. Mai più tornerò Bad service. The staff does not have the competence to recommend the right bike to the person renting it. They gave us a bike with flat tires, one that had a problem with the pedals and wouldn't move the other too small with the gear locked. They still charged us the fare. I'll never go back

Ho pagato 100€ al giorno. BAD. -Worn car glass brushes (it's raining and there is not even the slightest visibility) -Smooth wheels -Worn brake pads - Faulty clutch - Defective float - a non-working high beam -Navigator not working (essential for a trip, not working the touch) SHAMEFUL to rent a car like that. I paid 100 € per day.

Dopo aver noleggiato la macchina per un giorno, l’abbiamo parcheggiata giusto 100 m più avanti rispetto alla loro sede in un parcheggio a pagamento così da tenere la macchina al sicuro. L’uomo ha iniziato ad urlarci addosso dandoci delle incapaci. Ci ha poi costrette a parcheggiare in una zona di divieto di sosta, andando in retromarcia attraverso una strada super affollata. Si è dimostrato una persona incivile e per questo sconsiglio a tutti questo posto. Super rude staff, especially the man. After hiring the car for a day, we parked it just 100 meters ahead of their headquarters in a paid parking lot so as to keep the car safe. The man started yelling at us giving us incapable ones. He then forced us to park in a no-parking zone, reversing through a super crowded street. He proved to be an uncivilized person and for this reason I do not recommend this place to everyone.

Giorni prima era andato un mio amico con i propri genitori e sono stati trattati super bene, giorno dopo sono andato con la mia ragazza e vedendo due ragazzi giovani avevo notato fin da subito la loro menefreganza. Effettuato il pagamento inizialmente ci volevano dare una Fiat 500 con il cofano rotto, successivamente ci hanno dato un’altra 500 e non fidandomi ho fatto la foto ai graffi e purtroppo non l’avevo fatta dietro. Rientrato dal noleggio hanno notato un graffio dietro e si sono tenuti la caparra, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero contattati, ma non ho mai ricevuto una mail, messaggio o chiamata. Dopo svariate mail non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e si sono intascati i miei 300 euro. Non vorrei insinuare una cosa del genere, ma penso anche che le macchine che siano tracciate, contengono davvero tanto graffi e possono incolparvi per qualsiasi graffio mostrandovi una foto vecchia dopo che la restituite. Morale della favola, andate da un noleggio serio dove vi chiede la carta di credito. Questa è una truffa legale bella e buona, spero vi torni tutto indietro. Arrivederci Scammers to the core.
