★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 19 dicembre siamo andati a comprare i regali per Natale, e abbiamo trovato questa commessa maleducata, scortese, senza voglia di lavorare, ci ha trattati così male che ce ne siamo andati. La settimana successiva siamo tornati ma per fortuna c'era una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile. Le ho raccontato la situazione e mi ha detto che era molto dispiaciuta ma che lei era solo una commessa. Vorrei parlare con il proprietario.
 On December 19th we went to buy gifts for Christmas, and we found this saleswoman rude, rude, unwilling to work, treated us so badly that we left. The next week we returned but luckily there was a very nice and helpful girl. I told her about the situation and she said she was very sorry but she was just a saleswoman. I would like to speak to the owner.
