La scorsa stagione motociclista mi reco al negozio in questione per l'acquisto di un casco integrale ed infine deciso prendo un'ls2 nero lucido bellissimo.
Giunto a casa mi accorgo che la visiera, palesemente difettosa, non chiude bene e graffia tutta la parte superiore del casco.
Telefono per spiegare l'accaduto e la ragazza che mi ha risposto al telefono mi invita a mandare delle foto all'indirizzo mail da lei fornito invitandomi a passare il giorno seguente in negozio per la sostituzione (60 km di distanza).
E qui inizia la vera problematica...il giorno dopo mi reco in negozio per sostituire il casco quando la mia richiesta viene respinta con la motivazione palesemente inventata che il casco era stato usato, cosa assolutamente non vera e assurda dato che il casco era nuovo ancora con le varie etichette.
Dopo circa 1.30 ore di litigi riesco finalmente a parlare al telefono con il titolare del negozio che mi concede la sostituzione con un altro casco una volta spiegata la problematica.
Questo è un piccolissimo riassunto di quanto successo.
Sconsigliatissimo, non tornerò più.

Last season, a motorcyclist, I went to the shop in question to purchase a full-face helmet and finally decided to take a beautiful shiny black LS2.
When I get home I realize that the visor, obviously defective, does not close well and scratches the entire upper part of the helmet.
Telephone to explain what happened and the girl who answered the phone invites me to send photos to the email address you provided inviting me to spend the following day in the shop for the replacement (60 km away).
And here the real problem begins ... the next day I go to the shop to replace the helmet when my request is rejected with the patently invented reason that the helmet had been used, which is absolutely not true and absurd since the helmet was new still with the various labels.
After about 1.30 hours of arguments I can finally talk on the phone with the owner of the shop who allows me to replace it with another helmet once the problem has been explained.
This is a very small summary of what happened.
Not recommended, I will never return.

Nice shop, rich and assorted with everything and more. The prices on some items are not. Just as discounted as they should be in an outlet but, on the other hand, the sizes are not lacking.
