★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimo Sig. Carlo Verteramo, le scrivo in qualità di responsabile del punto vendita di Mondovì. Mi dispiace che lei non abbia compreso la nostra linea di prezzatura; ogni articolo è dotato di un cartellino di colore bianco su cui compaiono due prezzi : Il prezzo Retail (prezzo del capo in negozio di prima linea) ed il prezzo Outlet (prezzo attuale del capo), nel mezzo potrà trovare la percentuale di ribasso. Durante il saldo ci sarà anche un cartellino arancione su cui compaiono due prezzi : il prezzo Outlet ed il prezzo Finale (a saldo), nel mezzo potrà sempre trovare la percentuale di ribasso. Non è assolutamente possibile maggiorare i prezzi in quanto il programma di cassa è automatizzato. Durante l'anno vengono anche svolte delle promozioni temporanee in cui è possibile acquistare a prezzi più bassi del normale ma sono appunto solo delle promozioni temporanee. Se l' hanno confusa i cartelli "Up to -70%", le faccio presente che nella traduzione dall'Inglese questo significa "Fino al -70%" quindi s'intende che in un insieme di articoli ci possono essere cose che vanno indistintamente dal -30% al -70%. Peccato che lei non abbia chiesto spiegazioni al nostro personale che sarebbe stato lieto di darle tutte le delucidazioni in merito. La invito ad usare un linguaggio appropriato con termini appropriati specialmente quando non si è a conoscenza di alcune dinamiche.

Too bad you did not ask our staff for explanations who would have been happy to give you all the explanations on the matter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da eccepire sui prodotti (che ho infatti acquistato, a maggior ragione, ora coi saldi), ma trovarmi sabato mattina dentro quel camerino a provare dei pantaloni un po' mi ha lasciato basito...era sporco, pieno di polvere a terra. Sarebbe inaccettabile in tempi "normali", figuriamoci ora...
Nothing to complain about the products (which I have in fact purchased, even more so now with the sales), but finding myself on Saturday morning in that dressing room trying on some trousers left me thrilled ... it was dirty, full of dust on the ground. It would be unacceptable in "normal" times, let alone now ...
