★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo che un cittadino Italiano non possa accedere ai servizi dello sportello senza essere in possesso di SPID per prenotare, ovviamente al telefono non risponde neanche nessuno.
Fate schifo.
It is absurd that an Italian citizen cannot access the services of the counter without having a SPID to book, obviously no one answers on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio decisamente deludente e il tutto parte dall'ingresso...guardia poco garbata e dipendenti svogliati fino al midollo...per non parlare del servizio telefonico,chiaramente sempre se si degnino di rispondere.prenotazioni tramite sito alquanto difficili per chi non ha buone capacità con un cellulare o pc è non lo dico per me ma per chi potrebbe doverne farne uso come persone straniere o semplicemente poco capaci per età o altro, cosa che è inevitabile..ma si spera che prima o poi migliorino
Definitely disappointing service and everything starts from the entrance ... unpolite guard and employees listless to the core ... not to mention the telephone service, clearly always if they deign to answer. capacity with a mobile phone or pc is not saying it for me but for those who might have to use it as foreign people or simply not very capable by age or other, which is inevitable .. but hopefully they will improve sooner or later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a contattare il numero verde senza avere nessuna possibilità di parlare con un operatore. Provo al numero telefonico presente nel sito della motorizzazione di Perugia stessa situazione. La chiamata viene chiusa xche gli operatori tutti occupatii. Straziante.
I tried to contact the toll-free number without having any chance to speak to an operator. I try the same situation at the telephone number on the Perugia motorization site. The call is closed because the operators are all busy. Heartbreaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informazioni telefoniche sbagliate, il servizio revisioni non funziona da inizio Covid, al telefono ti mandano a fare versamenti alle poste che non possono accettare perché fino a fine covid non revisionato niente. Risultato: 45 euro buttati e altri 80 da dare a un privato che faccia il lavoro al posto loro.
