Vado in ufficio e mi dicono di prenotare... Rispondo che ho provato ma dice il portale nessuna data prenotabile.. L'addetto risponde cosa ci posso fare.. Ma siamo matti? Ma prenotarmi tu che sei lì a far niente.... Una vergogna.... Quello in realtà era l'appuntamento per prendere l'appuntamento.... Mi fissano la revisione per il 09.03.2021 pomeriggio. Chiedo se in questi 7 mesi posso usarlo comunque. Risposta: dipende da chi la ferma... vabbè.... Oggi prendo un giorno dal lavoro, vado all'appuntamento e trovo tutto chiuso! ..... per probabile problema sanitario... (mi ha detto un gentilissimo signore che usciva dal cancello) Nessuna telefonata, mail o cartello di avviso... Al campanello nessuno apre e nessuno risponde al telefono. Non ho parole! Per di più se si scrive via mail non si riceve risposta (mail inviata oltre un mese fa). Mi sono rivolto in autocratica, in una settimana ho risolto tutto. Unpredictable service. Altri 30 minuti per stampare il bollino e via! Peccato che dalla prenotazione ad oggi sia passato un anno! I would have given 5 stars! I had the trailer overhaul this morning. Se chiamo non rispondono, se mando la mail non rispondono, se chiamo il ministero dei trasporti appena hanno saputo cosa chiedo non mi rispondono più. Una volta lo dicevano subito cosa diavolo sta succedendo? Non riescono a fare una cosa semplice come riferire se una persona è idonea o meno??? Al giorno dell'esame la signora tutta tranquilla mi disse che entro il pome nel portale dell'automobilista sarebbe arrivato tutto. Che bella presa in giro.sono disperata per una semplice operazione. Siete vergognosi. I'm a girl who just wants to know how my theory exam went and I haven't had any updates for 3 days. If I call they don't answer, if I send the email they don't answer, if I call the ministry of transport as soon as they know what I'm asking they don't answer me anymore. I don't understand why they make one go through the portale automobilist site to book appointment only to annul the same appointment telling you to book from the sportello. After so many calls and mails, its taking forever to write a 20mins test. Its terrible
