Centralino inesistente, solleciti mail inutili, personale indisponente.. 3 settimane per avere un riscontro per duplicato patente! Sono rimasto senza patente 24 giorni perché nessuno risponde alla mail e non ci si può presentare personalmente agli sportelli. Gente che dovrebbe lavorare in miniera. Com’è possibile che un servizio al cittadino sia così disastroso? Credo che sia opportuno un intervento drastico per cambiare questo disservizio. Dovrebbe essere presa come esempio e , gratificata per il lavoro eccellente che sta svolgendo … mai in un ufficio pubblico avevo trovato tale competenza e gentilezza ! Per non parlare della celerità e Volontà ! Di voler risolvere la cosa ! Esperienza positiva ( ma solo con lei ) perché le altre persone contattare … bhe solito degli uffici pubblici… scortesi e svogliati nell’assistere il cliente !! Per curiosità qualcuno legge le mail? Io vorrei chiedere delle informazioni: 1. Vorrei fare la patente da privatista come cittadino communitario dall'UE il prima possibile. È necessario venire da voi senza prenotazione per prendere i moduli da compilare oppure li trovo da qualche parte? Ho letto che c'è bisogno di modulo TT 2112, versamento 26,40 su bollettino postale 9001, versamento 16,00 su bollettino ppstale 4028, documento d'identità e fotocopia, certificato medico in bollo + certificato sanitario dal medico di base, 2 foto in formato tessera, una delle 2 autenticata e la fotocopia del codice fiscale. La foto come va autenticata? Ho letto da qualche parte che i cittadini stranieri extracomunitari devono presentare anche il permesso di soggiorno, ma gli stranieri communitari cosa devono presentare in più se non hanno nessun obbligo per fare il permesso di soggiorno dato che siamo nell'UE? Sul sito non trovo nessuna informazione per quanto riguarda come fare la patente da privatista. 2. Come si fanno le prenotazioni se non rispondete nemmeno al telefono?
