Richiesta patente nuova per deterioramento, passano settimane, chiamiamo un casino di volte per sapere se è pronta ma nessuno sa dire nulla! Anzi ti prendono pure in giro dicendo che ti passano l'ufficio di competenza e invece aspetti invano, per poi richiamare, e ti dicono che in quell orario non lavorano... ogni giorno è la stessa storia! Dovrebbero un po' vergognarsi! Domani ci vado di persona e poi vediamo se procedere con una segnalazione! A mass of incompetents!
