Nessuno risponde al telefono! Sono 3 settimane che chiamo quasi tutti i giorni, negli orari di lavoro, sia a uffici diretti che al centralino ma nessuno risponde... MAI! Non c'è verso di contattare qualcuno per avere delle semplici informazioni se non andando direttamente in sede. Ma a me sembra assurdo doversi fare 50 km di sola andata magari per sentirsi dire che il documento richiesto non è ancora pronto! Sta gente dovrebbe essere messa in mezzo ad una strada e sostituita da chi ha veramente voglia di lavorare e fare le cose per bene! P	PAOLO CUCCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un informazione che potevano darmi solo loro, mi hanno detto di richiamare dopo una settimana, l ho fatto alle 09:30 e questa volta mi hanno detto di richiamare ad un numero specifico ma più tardi, peccato che non mi ha risposto mai nessuno e addirittura ho chiamato da mezzogiorno in poi anche se loro mi avevano detto di chiamare a 12:45, sono riandato sul sito e sorpresa a quell'ora in cui avrei dovuto chiamare la motorizzazione era già chiusa... Queste cose in Italia le fanno solo gli statali, poi c'è chi si chiede perché le cose da noi vanno peggio che negli altri paesi! E	Elia Eugeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai avuto a che fare con del personale più scortese, ho solo chiesto informazioni e sono stato costretto a ripetere la domanda ad almeno 5 persone diverse e ho ottenuto tutte risposte incompatibili l'una con l'altra ed imprecise. Molti degli impiegati con cui ho parlato non erano nemmeno disposti ad ascoltarmi e facevano segno di "farla breve"... Alla fine non ho potuto ottenere i focumenti di cui avevo bisogno e ho dovuto aspettare molto più tempo... L'unica persona disponibile al dialogo era la guardia ferma alla porta. Forse sono solo stato sfortunato... Ma spero di non doverci tornare mai più. Anche oggi 1 aprile, cessato lo stato di emergenza Covid a livello nazionale, il centralino comunica l'apertura solo un giorno a settimana con la stessa motivazione!!!
