★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a large variety of different brands so the selection is great here. Their prices are very good and better than most places. The young gentleman that help me with picking out boots was awesome and looked for my size in the color I wanted; Brown Stylmartin Rocket. I do not speak Italian but they were very accommodating and ensure I understood everything and explained all details to me. I would recomend Motorama to anyone that rides and I will probally order items from their online store but I do suggest going to the physical store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an Alpinestars Missile Ignition Leather Jacket on May, 16th. The Jacket was delivered within a week all the way from Florenz to Wiesbaden, Germany.
The support via Telegram was very kind and helpful. I will order at Motorama.it again next time. If I visit Florenz ever in my life, I'll stop by and look for their store.
The Price was an absolutely bang for buck and everything was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, patient service from Lapo. First he helped me select a Dainese set of leathers & back protector. On the second visit we spent a lot of time selecting a new helmet. Unfortunately Motorama didn't have my preferred colour schemes available (end of season). Thanks Lapo, you were awesome.

If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Shady sellers and shady practices. I tried to return my items and told them I was going to - To which they accepted. After asking for an EORI number / VAT number in order to clear customs they simply told me "we don't know what that means" and didn't respond to me since. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't use with no refund. Absolute shambles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible company. I bought an ncom intercom from them, for a nolan helmet. within the warranty period the cables connecting to the mic came loose and the mic fell off. I contacted them asking for help, and if there is a replacement mic so i can fix it and continue using the intercom. They asked for photos which i provided, they said the photos were not good enough resolution, so I took more, VERY close and clear with a macro lens, which clearly showed the cable had come away from the solder cleanly. At which point they simply stopped responding to emails. Absolutely disgusting service, even more so as when i replaced my Helmet I bought a £350 nolan helmet, in order to continue using the intercom, I would have been much better buying a helmet from another supplier for cheaper and putting the money towards another intercom. Do yourselves a favour and avoid these people. I for one am now going to have to spend another £300 - £400 for a new helmet that will take another intercom

I ordered three products in two orders, the story was the same. I ordered a tread and then wrote a week later that there is no, there is another. I wrote that ok, then let the other. A week later it was written that there is no one, there is a third. I ordered, bought and paid for it 3 weeks ago. And nothing! Unreliable! Never!

I bought some Dianese gloves from this company for shipment to the USA and they charged me 35 Euros for shipment. I NEVER received the gloves and after a month, I contacted customer service after which they informed me that the package was being returned to Italy. They never explained to me why the gloves were NEVER delivered. Guess what? They STOLE my 35 euros for shipping. It is a great scam business! They never refunded my shipping cost ?
