★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzo della riparazione elevato; ottenuto ricevuta non parlante (riportava solo il totale da pagare e mancava il dettaglio delle parti sostituite e delle ore di lavoro); il camper è stato restituito in cattive condizioni di pulizia nelle zone interessate dai lavori; per fare la riparazione, hanno dovuto smontare e rimontare il portamoto: il paraurti integrato nel portamoto, risultava deformato e non in linea con la restante carrozzeria.
High repair price; got a non-speaking receipt (it reported only the total to be paid and lacked the detail of the replaced parts and the hours of work); the camper was returned in bad cleaning conditions in the areas affected by the works; to do the repair, they had to disassemble and reassemble the motorcycle carrier: the bumper integrated in the motorcycle carrier was deformed and not in line with the remaining bodywork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto un disguido legato al periodo covid,dove io dovevo cambiare il rimessaggio per la scadenza del mio contratto,quindi ho potuto spostare il camper solo 15gg dopo e mi hanno chiesto di pagare tutto il mese, per lo più dicendomi che avrei potuto spostare il mezzo prima! ma se eravamo in pieno lock down...
Unfortunately I had a mistake related to the covid period, where I had to change the storage for the expiry of my contract, so I was only able to move the camper 15 days later and they asked me to pay the whole month, mostly telling me that I could move the medium first! but if we were in full lock down ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto un preventivo per riparare una piccolissima infiltrazione sulla parete esterna , mi dice a voce che c'e da spendere circa € 2000 poiché bisogna aprire tutta la parete posteriore fino al tetto.
Ho eseguito il lavoro in maniera impeccabile presso un altra officina con € 250.
Lascio a voi il giudizio.....
Asked for a quote to repair a very small infiltration on the external wall, he tells me verbally that there is about € 2000 to be spent since it is necessary to open the whole rear wall up to the roof.
I did the job flawlessly at another workshop with € 250.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il camper parcheggiato da loro per un anno e sono molto deluso dal servizio, tenere il camper da loro significa affidare ad altri la decisione di quando usarlo in quanto puoi prenderlo solo in orario di apertura ufficio, da sabato a mezzogiorno a lunedì mattina è impossibile a meno di decidere entro la chiusura di sabato, stesso discorso per tutti i periodi festivi dove puoi prenderlo ma prenotando due/tre giorni prima, cosa che è incompatibile con il mio stile di vita. Attenzione ai periodi di disdetta e di rinnovo contratto. Non è possibile scaricare le acque all’interno del parcheggio, servizi pari a zero, personale per nulla simpatico, non ci sanno fare con il cliente. Ho optato allo stesso prezzo per un altro parcheggio con tutti i servizi e la possibilità di prenderlo 365 giorni all’anno, sono tornato finalmente proprietario del mio camper.
I have had the camper parked by them for a year and I am very disappointed with the service, keeping the camper from them means leaving the decision of when to use it to others as you can only take it during office opening hours, from Saturday noon to Monday morning is impossible unless you decide by closing on Saturday, same speech for all holiday periods where you can take it but booking two / three days before, which is incompatible with my lifestyle. Pay attention to the periods of cancellation and contract renewal. It is not possible to drain the water inside the parking lot, services equal to zero, staff not at all nice, they don't know how to deal with the customer. I opted for another car park at the same price with all the services and the possibility of taking it 365 days a year, and I am finally back as the owner of my camper.
