Ha trovato presso la Emotors Torino Snc una Fiat Fiorino Qubo, 10 anni di vita, prezzo adeguato e abbiamo chiesto informazioni telefonicamente al rivenditore. Ci ha risposto Sig. Edoardo che con gentilezza ci conferma la disponibilità del veicolo e il buono stato dello stesso; già la prima e breve telefonata ci ha ispirato fiducia nella controparte. Il giorno successivo mio fratello conferma l’interesse per l’acquisto e richiamiamo il Sig. Edoardo con il quale dopo una breve trattativa ci troviamo subito d’accordo e procediamo per l’acquisto tutto tramite mail (cioè senza neanche aver visto personalmente il mezzo) in quanto abitiamo in Sardegna. Sono stati sufficienti solo alcuni giorni giorni per completare il passaggio di proprietà e portare l’auto in Sardegna. Condizioni del veicolo corrispondenti a quanto inserito nell’annuncio e confermati dal Sig. Edoardo. Gentilezza, assistenza e celerità di ottimo livello, soddisfattissimi di tutto. Consiglio molto positivamente questa rivendita di auto usate, voto 5 stelle! Ritirata un auto martedì oggi si è rotta la frizione rimanendo bloccata per strada con la bambina in macchina. Contattati i venditori ci hanno risposto che la frizione è materiale d'usura e quindi non coperta da garanzia. Posso capire se fosse successo dopo alcuni mesi ma dopo neanche 3 giorni mi sembra una truffa. Forse voi non ricordate bene le parole dette.... la frizione inizia ad essere un pochino stanca....queste sono state le vostre testuali parole ed avete aggiunto ancora un po' può andare... nonostante sapevate che questa era l'unica macchina in nostro possesso potevate come avete fatto per la cinghia metterla in preventivo e farla fare.... invece così noi siamo rimasti senza macchina e siamo dovuti andare a noleggiarla I give a star because zero does not make them put .... Portata dal meccanico in zona; ma il problema si ripresenta dopo 2gg, contattati telefonicamente mi avete rimbalzato al mio meccanico, dicendo inoltre che la vostra garanzia vale per 3 mesi o per 3000 km. (Io mi guarderei le ultime sentenze della Cassazione in materia) La macchina é ad oggi in riparazione: per sostituzione valvola IGR, sostituzione delle corde del cambio e sostituzione della batteria; non male per una vettura perfettamente funzionante, che aveva l' unica pecca di essere stata riverniciata. Assistenza post vendita inesistente, peccato non poter dare zero stelle e pensare che ho scelto di acquistare in un concessionario e non da un privato, perché le auto dovrebbero essere controllate e non serbare spiacevoli sorprese, mai come in questo caso questa considerazione si é rivelata totalmente sbagliata. Ma visto e considerato che così non è stato e leggendo le recensioni ho notato che non è stata la prima volta, ho inoltrato tutta la documentazione al mio legale. Grazie per averci lasciato a piedi con una bambina bloccati in strada.
