★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una visita nella loro sede, ho richiesto un preventivo per mail a febbraio, ma non mi hanno risposto; a fine marzo ho mandato una nuova mail per sincerarmi circa lo stato delle cose, ma non mi hanno risposto. In seguito ho telefonato e mi hanno detto che pur avendo ricevuto le mail, non avevano avuto tempo per rispondermi. Ora, passati altri 4 mesi, e non avendo avuto nessuna notizia, ho fatto fare preventivi da altre ditte che mi hanno risposto subito. Peccato..
After a visit to their headquarters, I requested a quote by email in February, but they didn't reply; at the end of March I sent a new email to make sure about the state of things, but they didn't answer me. Für den Bau unseres Einfamilienhauses habe ich mich von mehreren Anbietern, verschiedenster bauarten beraten und Angebote erstellen lassen.
Nach langer und gründlicher Überlegung ist unsere Wahl auf die Firma Moser Holzbau gefallen und ich muss sagen, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.
Ein großer Dank gilt an Christian für die sehr kompetente, unkomplizierte und ehrliche Beratung.
Duch seiner Planung und Verbesserungsvorschlägen haben wir nicht nur ein super Haus sondern auch viel Geld gespart.
Haus wurde am vereinbarten Termin geliefert und innerhalb eines Tages montiert, es war beeindruckend zu sehen wie jedes, teilweise über 2 Tonnen schwere Element, auf den Millimeter genau positioniert wurden und gepasst haben.

Thanks to his planning and suggestions for improvement, we not only saved a great house but also a lot of money.
The house was delivered on the agreed date and assembled within a day, it was impressive to see how every element, some weighing more than 2 tons, was positioned and fitted with millimeter precision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva: nonostante le referenze - infatti - dal 24/11 ad oggi, nonostante i solleciti, non mi hanno inviato alcun preventivo. Da preferire aziende del Veneto (che ricordo non beneficiano delle agevolazioni delle Regioni a Statuto Autonomo)
Unfortunately my experience was not positive: despite the references - in fact - from 24/11 to today, despite the reminders, they did not send me any quote. Companies from Veneto are preferred (which I remember do not benefit from the concessions of the Regions with Autonomous Statute)
