Al pagamento non me ne ero accorto in quanto nel riepilogo via mail non viene riportato il totale da pagare. Sono tornato in negozio per farlo notare (intenzionato ad acquistare altro di cui avevo bisogno) e la negoziante in modo piuttosto scortese ha rifiutato sia di applicare lo sconto mancante che eventualmente rimediare con un buono o altra modalità. Me ne son andato contrariato e senza comprare nulla. Non tornerò. Sconsiglio.
I was very disappointed: after collecting and paying for an order placed online, I noticed that I was not given a discount due. Upon payment, I did not realize it as the total to be paid is not shown in the email summary. I went back to the shop to point it out (intending to buy anything else I needed) and the shopkeeper rather rudely refused to either apply the missing discount or possibly fix it with a coupon or other means. I left disappointed and without buying anything. I will not return. I do not recommend.
