Le loro specialità sono le pietanze a base di carne, provenienti dall' allevamento di bovini di proprietà.
Nella Macelleria troverete tante specialità, come salsicce e soppressate e prosciutti fatti da loro e tanti formaggi locali, ai profumi del Pollino.
Tutto a conduzione familiare e con grande passione.
In the Braceria Mortati the premises are new, well furnished and very clean.
Their specialties are meat-based dishes, coming from their own cattle farm.
In the butcher's shop you will find many specialties, such as sausages and soppressate and hams made by them and many local cheeses, with the scents of Pollino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero complimenti a Pier Ettore e Vincenzo per la loro cordialità e attenzione, ma a tutto lo staff! Se volete mangiare carne di qualità e di varie razze, che non si trovano assolutamente in tutte le braceria in zona, dovete assolutamente andarci! Ottima anche la carta dei vini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely one of the best cuisines you can find in this otherwise ot too funny Calabrese town.bfirst pasta courses are delicious but the size of the plates will probably leave you with extra hunger. The meat is the strong point of this place. Process are within average. Wine by the glass is only served red unfortunately.
