★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due stelle solo per il personale... ho comprato una tastiera GEM usata da loro, fidandomi ciecamente. Una volta portata a casa e tirata fuori dalla custodia, provandola assieme al mio insegnante, ci siamo accorti che:
- non c’era il cavo di alimentazione
- il sol centrale non era funzionante
- l’hard disk era rotto
Allora l’ho portata a riparare da un ex tecnico GEM che mi ha segnalato la presenza di calcare sulla tastiera che quindi variava la dinamica e la batteria della tastiera era stata sostituita con una di minor potenza (inadeguata pertanto).
Alla luce di quanto, consiglio il posto solo ad esperti e non profani come me
Two stars just for the staff ... I bought a used GEM keyboard from them, trusting blindly. Once brought home and taken out of the case, trying it with my teacher, we realized that:
- there was no power cable
- the central sol was not working
- the hard disk was broken
So I took it to a former GEM technician for repairs who reported the presence of limescale on the keyboard which therefore varied the dynamics and the keyboard battery had been replaced with a lower power one (therefore inadequate).
In light of what, I recommend the place only to experts and not laymen like me
