Ho avuto il mio primo contatto con la concessionaria Autosandrin , a me completamente sconosciuta, in quanto lontano dalla mia residenza, a causa di un mal funzionamento della mia Skoda Karoq nei pressi di Latisana (ud).
Infatti il servizio di mobilità Skoda dopo la mia chiamata, mi ha fatto rimorchiare da un carro attrezzi presso la concessionaria su mensionata.
Appenna arrivato son stato veramente accolto in maniera impeccabile e visto la mia disavventura hanno subito provveduto a risolvere tutti i miei problemi.
Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la sensazione del rapporto col cliente di tipo familiare, semplice , che non è andata affatto a discapito della professionalità e cortesia dei marchi automobilistici che rappresentano anzi son stati veramente impeccabili.
Infine di conseguenza tale trattamento per una persona totalmente sconosciuta mi fa veramente piacere ed sicuramente ci potrei ritornare per ulteriori manutenzioni programmate ed spero no per quelle inaspettate.

I had my first contact with the Autosandrin dealership, completely unknown to me, as it is far from my residence, due to a malfunction of my Skoda Karoq near Latisana (ud).
In fact the Skoda mobility service after my call, had me towed by a tow truck at the dealership above.
As soon as I arrived I was truly welcomed in an impeccable way and seeing my misadventure they immediately resolved all my problems.
But the thing that struck me was the feeling of the relationship with the customer of a familiar, simple type, which did not go at all to the detriment of the professionalism and courtesy of the car brands they represent indeed they were truly impeccable.
Finally, consequently, this treatment for a totally unknown person makes me really happy and certainly I could return there for further scheduled maintenance and I hope not for the unexpected ones.

L'assistenza è stata ottima : ho riscontrato molta professionalità , disponibilità e cordialità a tal punto che, avendo già da tempo in mente di cambiarla ed avendo trovato queste qualità in questa concessionaria, ho deciso di farmi fare un preventivo per una nuova. Ebbene : anche il reparto vendite è stato talmente professionale, disponibile e cordiale che mi ha convinto all' acquisto e permesso nel giro di una settimana di diventare felice e soddisfattissimo possessore di un nuovo fiammante mezzo . Complimenti !
I recently took my previous car here for the first time for a repair. The assistance was excellent: I found a lot of professionalism, availability and cordiality to the point that, having been planning to change it for some time and having found these qualities in this dealership, I decided to get a quote for a new one. Well: even the sales department was so professional, helpful and friendly that it convinced me to buy and allow me to become happy and very satisfied owner of a brand new vehicle within a week.
