Ho potuto da subito constatare l'elevato livello di professionalità, affidabilità e trasparenza del suddetto professionista, che grazie alla sua accorta opera di mediazione ha fatto in modo che la trattativa si chiudesse in tempi brevi e con reciproca soddisfazione delle parti. Molto apprezzata inoltre tutta la fase relativa al post vendita, che si è concretizzata in un'assistenza e consulenza riguardante tutta una serie di adempimenti burocratici ed amministrativi susseguenti all'acquisto dell'immobile, andando anche oltre quelli che sono i normali compiti di un intermediario immobiliare. Non avrei alcun dubbio a rivolgermi di nuovo alla sua agenzia immobiliare in caso di necessità così come non ho nessun dubbio a consigliarlo a chiunque dovesse intraprendere un'operazione di compravendita immobiliare.
