★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli avevo chiesto di avvisarmi in caso fossero necessarie spese aggiuntive per la riparazione, e mi sono ritrovato a spendere 350€ senza alcun preavviso. E per di più mi sono sentito dire "se non paga la macchina non esce". Messo sulla mia lista nera.
 I asked him to let me know if additional repair costs were needed, and I found myself spending € 350 without any warning. And what's more, I heard myself say "if you don't pay, the car won't come out". Put on my blacklist.

In questa officina vieni senza appuntamento, riparano sempre ogni guasto e costa veramente meno di tutta la zona di Dragona e dintorni!
Un grande pregio?
La comunicazione: se qualcosa non va, o bisogna fare qualcosa in più per la riparazione, non vengono MAI prese iniziative..... Il proprietario della vettura viene chiamato , e dopo la comunicazione precisa del "più" viene anche comunicato o concordato un prezzo!!!
Eccezionali: da oggi la mia officina di fiducia!

Tempo fa sono rimasto per strada, si era sganciato il cavo delle marcie, sono venuti e mi hanno portato alla loro officina riparandomi il danno mettendo un rinforzo e cercando di non farmi spendere troppo. Oggi sono tornato da loro per la macchina di mia madre che era rimasta con la batteria a terra. Hanno controllato subito che l'alternatore caricasse bene e mi hanno detto che la batteria era nuova e che quindi non c'era bisogno di sostituirla (volendo avrebbero potuto dire che c'era da sostituire alternatore e batteria). Onestissimi e professionali. La macchina è rimasta per le riparazioni quindi loro ci hanno portato a casa. Da applausi!! Doppio Pollice in alto!!
I can only speak highly of this workshop. Some time ago I stayed on the street, the rotten cable had unhooked, they came and took me to their workshop repairing the damage by putting a reinforcement and trying not to make me spend too much. Today I went back to them for my mother's car which was left with the battery on the ground. They immediately checked that the alternator was charging well and told me that the battery was new and therefore there was no need to replace it (they could have said that the alternator and battery needed to be replaced). Very honest and professional. The car was left for repairs so they took us home. From applause !! Double Thumbs up !!
