 Not recommended. Really bad experience. Unfortunately they are not very transparent and clear. Very high prices compared to other stores.

Consigliatissimo.
Friendly and helpful, I had to replace the screen and battery of my mobile phone during the holiday and I found a well-stocked and competent center.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio telefono nuovo con il vetro rotto da sostituire. Mi han fatto andare e tornare varie volte. Hanno cambiato il vetro ma nel rimontarlo il " tecnico " ha rotto quello nuovo. Poi era IOS che non funzionava ( cosa non vera ) . Poi era lo chassis del telefono piegato . Poi era la colla che si era staccata. Alla fine han detto che non erano in grado di ripararlo e mi han restituito il mio telefono con il vetro rotto ma in condizioni peggiori di prima. Tutta la copertura posteriore scollata e male attaccata. Il vetro frontale , oltre a essere sempre rotto , adesso lascia trasparire la luce dai bordi e l'immagine a tratti scompare e riappare, cosa che prima non faceva. Oltre ad essere stati pure parecchio scortesi. Quindi...la mia esperienza è stata assolutamente negativa. Nel mio caso hanno dimostrato di non saper fare le riparazioni . 500 euro di telefono con 5 mesi di vita ormai inutilizzabile. Hanno perso un cliente che da loro spendeva tanto e da anni. Se una cosa non la sai fare...non devi neanche provare a farla.
I brought my new phone with the broken glass to replace. They made me come and go several times. They changed the glass but in reassembly the "technician" broke the new one. Then it was IOS that didn't work (which is not true). Then it was the folded phone chassis. Then it was the glue that had come off. Eventually they said they couldn't fix it and returned my phone with the glass broken but in worse condition than before. All back cover unglued and badly attached. The front glass, in addition to being always broken, now lets the light shine through from the edges and the image sometimes disappears and reappears, which it did not do before. Besides being quite rude as well. So ... my experience was absolutely negative. In my case they have shown that they do not know how to make repairs. 500 euro of phone with 5 months of life now unusable. They lost a customer who had been spending a lot with them for years. If you can't do something ... you don't even have to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stati super disponibili e gentili! Sono andata nel loro negozio di sabato mattina perché cercavo un cavo per poter collegare il mio nuovo hdd al pc, per poterlo clonare e sostituire. Purtroppo non avevano in negozio in quel momento il pezzo ma me ne hanno prestato uno loro! Non era assolutamente un gesto ovvio, e nemmeno avevo potuto acquistare da loro! Fantastici, sicuramente tornerò a servirmi da loro.
They were super helpful and kind! I went to their shop on Saturday morning because I was looking for a cable to connect my new hdd to the pc, to be able to clone and replace it. Unfortunately they didn't have the piece in the shop at the time but they lent me one of them! It was by no means an obvious gesture, and I hadn't even been able to buy from them either! Fantastic, I will definitely be back to serve myself from them.

Despite the queue outside the shop due to Covid, when my turn came the owner was generous with useful information even when it was evident that, for external reasons, I could not buy from him. I confirm the excellent reviews that precede mine.
