Arnaldo da Brescia (Brescia, 1090 – Roma, 18 giugno 1155) è stato un religioso italiano. Allievo di Abelardo, fu un riformatore religioso caratterizzato da notevole eloquenza e forte avversione per l'istituzione tradizionale ecclesiastica. Sostenne il movimento antipapale e autonomistico romano (costituzione del Comune di Roma o renovatio Senatus), in epoca risorgimentale divenne una figura di riferimento per i neoghibellini.
Arnaldo da Brescia (Brescia, 1090 - Rome, June 18 1155) was an Italian religious. A pupil of Abelard, he was a religious reformer characterized by remarkable eloquence and strong aversion to the traditional ecclesiastical institution. He supported the Roman anti-papal and autonomistic movement (constitution of the Municipality of Rome or renovatio Senatus), in the Risorgimento era he became a reference figure for the neo-Ghibellines.

Opera di Edoardo Tabacchi (1882), poggia su un alto piedistallo disegnato dall'architetto Antonio Tagliaferri. Sono del Tabacchi anche i quattro bassorilievi che rappresentano scene della vita di Arnaldo.
