Exceptional oil, bitter in the right place and suitable for herbal medicine. Very marked spicy aftertaste, ok for bruschetta.

I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili e vederli all'opera è un vero piacere.
Producono varie tipologie di olio ma sicuramente quello che bisogna per forza assaggiare è il Ravece: qualcosa di sublime ed unico! Anche gli altri non sono da meno, da quello biologico a quelli aromatizzati al peperoncino e al limone (quest'ultimo ideale per condire il pesce).
Il loro olio è una garanzia, molto richiesto in Svizzera e lo trovate nei migliori ristoranti e pizzerie di Avellino!

The best oil from Avellino and its province! Excellent value for money!
The owners are kind and helpful and seeing them at work is a real pleasure.
They produce various types of oil but surely what one must necessarily taste is the Ravece: something sublime and unique! The others are not far behind, from organic to those flavored with chilli and lemon (the latter ideal for seasoning fish).
Their oil is a guarantee, in great demand in Switzerland and you can find it in the best restaurants and pizzerias in Avellino!
