Terminati i 3 litri ne ordinerò altri. I was looking for an oil that did not pinch in the throat. You advised me to try the Classico. I am very satisfied: it is good, fragrant and does not pinch. After the 3 liters I will order more.

Ho trovato tanta cura per i dettagli, tanta pulizia e, soprattutto, tanta passione per i loro ulivi e il loro lavoro. Tutto questo ha trovato riscontro all'assaggio dell'olio, tutti buonissimi, il Ravece su tutti... spettacolare! L'unico difetto è che dopo averlo provato non si torna indietro... per fortuna che il gentilissimo Paolo non mi fa mai restare senza grazie a spedizioni velocissime. Consigliatissimo! Finally the oil I was looking for! The first time I grinded a few miles to reach the mill and see what I would have bought. I found a lot of attention to detail, a lot of cleanliness and, above all, a lot of passion for their olive trees and their work. All this was reflected in the tasting of the oil, all very good, the Ravece above all ... spectacular! The only flaw is that after trying it there is no turning back ... luckily the very kind Paolo never makes me run out thanks to very fast shipments. Highly recommended!
