★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not nice welcome from the staff .. they propose us to wait but without proposing where to seat and with a time of 40 min “ minimum” and did not propose to join or even to wait in comfortable conditions... I used to come their but I won t anymore ... it was hard raining .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We survived the stormy weather but did not come through the cold welcome of the Monteraponi guys. One lady was busy with a group, fair enough, the other guy was supposed to be busy with the accounting....he was actually very busy with his mobile phone (certainly a good accounting App). True that we did not call before coming, but given the stormy and rainy conditions to reach the domain, we were just expecting...a little bit more! Luckily we found another place right after in Gaiole and did enjoy the warm welcome of Chianti region and wines !!
