★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöner Gipfel mit Herrlicher sicht in den Rosengarten. Der aufstieg von der Seiseralm über den Touristenweg ist sehr gut prepariert zum teil Steil aber gut machbar.
 Very beautiful summit with a beautiful view in the rose garden. The ascent of the Seiseralm on the tourist trail is very well prepared partly steep but well feasible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il punto più alto del massiccio dello Sciliar è raggiungibile con una camminata di circa 3 ore e un dislivello di 900 metri. Sentiero ben tenuto con pendenza costante. La vista appaga la fatica della salita.
The highest point of the Sciliar massif can be reached with a walk of about 3 hours and an altitude difference of 900 meters. Well maintained trail with constant slope. The view satisfies the effort of the climb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima cima, la più alta del massiccio dello Sciliar, raggiungibile in 10 minuti dal rifugio Bolzano. Il panorama è molto esteso, sul Catinaccio, sul gruppo Puez-Odle, sul Sassolungo e Sassopiatto, sul massiccio del Sella e Sull'adamello. Inoltre spettacolare l'altopiano dello Sciliar.
Beautiful top, the highest in the Schlern, reached in 10 minutes from Bolzano refuge. The view is very extensive, the Rosengarten, the Puez-Odle, Sassolungo and Sassopiatto, the Sella massif and Adamello. Also spectacular is the Sciliar plateau.
