A	Aldo Marchelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I punti di accesso, sostanzialmente sono tre: il primo dalle cascate di Valganna, si arriva a Bregazzana e, poi, si sale sulla Martica, il secondo, da dietro la Chiesa della Rasa di Varese, si sale al Pian Valdes e attraverso lo sterrato "militare" si sfiora il monte Chiusarella e poi si arriva in Martica, il terzo, più faticoso ed impegnativo, in meno di 3 km. ti fa salire di 500 metri, partendo dal centro di Brinzio per arrivare direttamente in Martica. Il più bello? Dipende, se si è abituati a fare escursioni, senz'altro l'ultimo, se vuoi vedere i prati magri tipici della zona (con tante specie di orchidee nostrane), gli altri due, meno impegnativi anche se più lunghi (circa 7/8 km. alla meta). E in cima? consiglio il punto panoramico dove in inverno, con giornate tese, smog permettendo, si gode di una vista impagabile che ripaga di tutta la fatica fatta. There are basically three access points: the first from the Valganna waterfalls, you get to Bregazzana and then you go up to the Martica, the second, from behind the Rasa Church in Varese, go up to Pian Valdes and across the dirt road "military" touches the Chiusarella mountain and then you arrive in Martica, the third, more strenuous and demanding, in less than 3 km. makes you go up 500 meters, starting from the center of Brinzio to arrive directly in Martica. The most beautiful? It depends, if you are used to hiking, certainly the last, if you want to see the typical meadows of the area (with many species of homegrown orchids), the other two, less demanding though longer (about 7/8 km to the destination). And at the top? I recommend the viewpoint where in winter, with tense days, smog permitting, you can enjoy a priceless view that pays for all the effort made.
p	paolo colasurdo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da poco prima di Bregazzana si prende la strada sterrata circa 8 km in circa poco più di 2 ore si arriva in cima adatta a tutti purtroppo in cima manca il panorama causa vegetazione. Just before Bregazzana take the dirt road about 8 km in about 2 hours you get to the top suitable for everyone unfortunately the view is missing due to vegetation.

Con la bicicletta il terreno non è da sottovalutare: il sentiero è molto largo e poco pendente ma in alcuni tratti molto sconnesso. Super adatta anche per i bambini. Obbligo cani al guinzaglio perché si attraversa in più punti il parco del campo dei fiori, ci sono spesso ciclisti e non mancano cinghiali o altri animali selvatici. Non si tratta di un monte super panoramico ma nel complesso è una magnifica passeggiata. Very nice destination for quiet walks or mountain bike rides. With the bicycle the terrain is not to be underestimated: the path is very wide and not very sloping but in some parts very uneven. Super suitable also for children. Dogs are required on a leash because they cross the park of the flower field in several places, there are often cyclists and there is no shortage of wild boars or other wild animals. This is not a super panoramic mountain but overall it is a magnificent walk.

Che sia bici o a piedi la fatica di una salita rimane la stessa, proprio qua il panorama ha voltato le spalle al monte. Poco più di 1000 m che valgono però una bella discesa o dalla dorsale o nel fitto bosco fino a Brinzio. Amo e apprezzato la discesa non segnalata sulla dorsale del massiccio, ampi panorami, sassi enormi e una traccia che sono nella parte finale è un pochino ripida e scivolosa. Un consiglio per i ciclisti, se non avete gomme latticizate portate con voi una camera d'aria, perché si buca facilmente. 8 km long rocky path (starting from Breganzzana) with a difference in height ranging from 4% to 8%, easily accessible both by bike and on foot. A tip for cyclists, if you don't have latex tires, bring an inner tube with you, because it gets punctured easily.
