★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si raggiunge deviando dal sentiero per il passo del Vescovo all'estremo di Arcisate lato montagna. Il sentiero è particolarmente ripido e stretto. Si consiglia l'uso di scarponi o almeno bastoncini da trekking (in particolare per la discesa). Attenzione verso la cima ad alcuni posti molto esposti. Bel panorama su Arcisate e Bisuschio. La cima non ha nulla di significativo, a parte la piccola croce ed è purtroppo deturpata da una vecchia impalcatura che sostiene, sotto Natale, una stella cometa luminosa. Purtroppo i sentieri verso il monte Rho e la deviazione verso il passo del Vescovo sono in totale stato di abbandono e sconsigliati se non si ha una traccia gps a disposizione.
It can be reached by deviating from the path to the Bishop's Pass in the extreme of Arcisate mountain side. The path is particularly steep and narrow. We recommend the use of hiking boots or at least trekking poles (in particular for the descent). Pay attention to the top of some very exposed places. Beautiful panorama of Arcisate and Bisuschio. The top has nothing significant, apart from the small cross and is unfortunately disfigured by an old scaffolding that supports, under Christmas, a bright comet star. Unfortunately the paths towards Mount Rho and the deviation towards the Bishop's Pass are in a total state of abandonment and not recommended if you do not have a GPS track available.

Magnificent panorama. Ascent (and especially descent) a bit demanding, but it is always a pleasant destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 690 metri. Non che siamo a quote incredibili ma fa effetto guardare giù e vedere i bambini nel vicino parco o la gru nella cava, tutto in verticale e senza protezioni. Un paio di croci, tanto verde in estate che in parte nasconde la vista verso Induno Olona. Faticoso ma molto facile il percorso e grazie alle segnalazioni rosso-bianche non si perde quasi mai l'orientamento. Dopo il Crocino altri speroni e rocce dove guardare il bel panorama e continuare a salire per Monte Rho. La deviazione a picco nel bosco per Arcisate è stata rimossa, alla peggio tornare sui propri passi oppure continuare per un bel giro passando da Passo del Vescovo (cinghiali ne abbiamo? tanti, troppi!).
690 meters. Not that we are at incredible altitudes but it is impressive to look down and see the children in the nearby park or the crane in the quarry, all vertically and without protection. A couple of crosses, so green in summer that it partly hides the view towards Induno Olona. The path is tiring but very easy and thanks to the red-white signs, orientation is almost never lost. After the Crocino other spurs and rocks where you can look at the beautiful panorama and continue climbing to Monte Rho. The deviation overlooking the woods for Arcisate has been removed, at worst retrace your steps or continue for a nice ride passing by Passo del Vescovo (we have wild boars? Many, too many!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei punti panoramici più belli di tutta la Valceresio.
Bellissimo il sentiero, anche se oggi abbiamo trovato un tronco che rendeva il passaggio difficile in un breve tratto; questa escursione, data la pendenza, non è propriamente adatta a tutti, ma qualora si sia abituati a escursioni di media difficoltà, è una vetta raggiungibile.
Da incima al Crocino si riesce a scorgere in una bella giornata tersa sia Milano che il Monviso.
Qua il senso di pace che si avverte è assoluto, non ci sono grandi spiazzi, ma qualora non ci si ritrovi in troppe persone è anche possibile stendersi e godersi i raggi di sole in completa tranquillità.
One of the most beautiful viewpoints in the whole Valceresio.
Beautiful the trail, although today we found a trunk that made the transition difficult in a short distance; this excursion, given the slope, is not really suitable for everyone, but if you are accustomed to excursions of medium difficulty, it is an attainable summit.
At the Crocino you can see on a beautiful clear day both Milan and Monviso.
Here the sense of peace that you feel is absolute, there are no large areas, but if you do not find yourself in too many people it is also possible to lie down and enjoy the sun's rays in complete tranquility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo punto panoramico sulla valceresio e oltre! Si arriva in cima decisamente in tempi brevi seguendo il sentiero che parte dal lazzaretto (piuttosto agevole ma a tratti un po' ripido)!
Beautiful panoramic point on the valceresio and beyond! You can reach the top very quickly by following the path that starts from the hospital (rather easy but at times a bit steep)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel punto per ammirare il panorama della nostra bella Valceresio . Si raggiunge abbastanza in fretta, circa mezz'ora, dipende dal giro che si vuol fare. Io consiglio il giro panoramico, che segue la cresta andando verso monte RHO.
A nice point to admire the view of our beautiful Valceresio. It is reached quite quickly, about half an hour, depending on the lap you want to do. I recommend the panoramic tour, which follows the ridge going towards Monte RHO.
