In cima, si gode di una visione a 360 gradi della provincia di Agrigento. Sono sbocciate, solamente qui, le prime orchidee: barlia robertiana. A magnificent site, which can be easily reached along dirt roads and then paths that climb up to an elevation of selenite (gypsum crystals). At the top, you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the province of Agrigento. Only here, the first orchids blossomed: barlia robertiana.

La presenza di alcuni frammenti in terracotta con vernice nera suggerisce una frequentazione più antica. Il manufatto edificato in un sito di evidente importanza strategica rientra nella tipologia dei fortilizi parzialmente rupestri. The castle of Guastanella; Castrum Guastanellae. Originally it is a Muslim fortress conquered by Count Ruggero in 1086. The presence of some fragments in terracotta with black paint suggests an older presence. The artifact built on a site of obvious strategic importance falls within the type of partially rupestrian fortresses.
O	Otiv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2021 Ero arrivato in macchina fino a qui armato di grandi intenzioni poi la giornata caldissima e qualcos'altro mi hanno scoraggiato dal farmi una bella camminata fino alla vetta di questo monte per raggiungere i ruderi di cui avevo letto. Tornato nel 2022, questa volta sono sceso dalla macchina ed ho percorso i gradini per circa 30 minuti poi però ho capito che mancava ancora troppo ed ho desistito nuovamente. Come la prima volta le immagini sono da drone. Troppo faticoso da raggiungere In 2021 I had arrived by car up to here armed with great intentions then the very hot day and something else discouraged me from taking a nice walk to the top of this mountain to reach the ruins I had read about. Back in 2022, this time I got out of the car and walked the steps for about 30 minutes but then I realized that there was still too much and I gave up again. Like the first time, the images are from drone. Too tiring to achieve
