Gli ultimi metri occorre arrampicarsi quindi consiglio di lasciare gli amici a 4 zampe di grosse dimensioni appena sotto la cima (magari riescono a salire ma spesso hanno grosse difficoltà, legate alla paura, a scendere). Vista mozzafiato su Val Trebbia e Val d'Aveto. Beautiful excursion in Valtrebbia. The last few meters must be climbed, so I advise you to leave your 4-legged friends of large size just below the top (maybe they can climb but often have great difficulties, related to fear, to go down). Breathtaking view of Val Trebbia and Val d'Aveto.

M	Marco Devoti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo, ATTENZIONE ad alcune recensioni che si trovano su internet che definiscono la salita in vetta, per raggiungere la spada nella roccia, come "adatta ai bambini". Non è un'ascesa adatta ai bambini!!!! Durante il tragitto, ci sono alcuni prati attrezzati per picnic con acqua e strutture per grigliate raggiungibili con facilità percorrendo sentieri all'ombra nel bosco. Ma, per conto mio, l'ascesa alla vetta presenta difficoltà non adatte ai bambini. La foto mostra il primo tratto della canalina per salire (che è quello facile). Beautiful place, ATTENTION to some reviews that are on the internet that define the climb to the top, to reach the sword in the stone, as "suitable for children". Not a child-friendly ascent !!!! On the way, there are some lawns equipped for picnics with water and structures for grilling that can be reached easily by walking along paths in the shade in the woods. But, on my own, the ascent to the summit presents difficulties not suitable for children. The photo shows the first section of the gully to go up (which is the easy one).

Spectacular view and place, starting from Fontanigorda, a pleasant village, a nice walk, sometimes even demanding, takes you to this very very characteristic place.

Bellissimo panorama. Beautiful hiking trail. In the final stretch you have to climb the mountain via a cable duct, but definitely worth the effort. Beautiful landscape.

L'unico punto più difficile si trova per salire in vetta dove occorre fare una breve arrampicata facile per arrivare alla spada di galgano. Beautiful suggestive walk starting from the fairy forest. Well-maintained and signposted trails. The only more difficult point is to climb to the top where you need to make a short easy climb to get to the sword of galgano.
