Spettacolare è il panorama con paesaggi che spaziano dal golfo di Milazzo al quello di Patti, vista sulle isole Eolie, rocca Salvatesta e rocca Timogna, ed ovviamente tutta la dorsale dei Peloritani. Effettuata la scalata con mtb partendo da sopra Castroreale (Malasà), passando per la contrada Nipotelle (vi è una sorgente conosciuta con il nome di Acquarose), effettuando i diciotto tornanti di Pettinato e poi altri 9 tornanti per raggiungere la vetta. Su richiesta, sono disponibile ad inviare per e-mail il file gpx.
Colle del Re (1180 mt s.l.m.) belongs to the Peloritani chain. Spectacular is the landscape with landscapes ranging from the Gulf of Milazzo to that of Patti, overlooking the Aeolian Islands, the Salvatesta fortress and the Timogna fortress, and of course the whole Peloritani ridge. Climb with mtb starting from above Castroreale (Malasà), passing through the district Nipotelle (there is a spring known as Acquarose), making the eighteen bends of Pettinato and then another 9 bends to reach the summit.
