Dovrebbero avere l'intelligenza di capire che i clienti che ancora entrano in un negozio fisico, anziche' acquistare online, vanno trattati con riguardo e rispetto di modo che ritornino non che se ne vadano per sempre ma chi non conosce le regole basilari del marketing pensando esclusivamente al guadagno esagerato immediato puo' solo essere destinato al fallimento totale.
