Purtroppo il comportamento non è stato consono ad un negozio di livello come vuole presentarsi questo, attivo fin dal 1946. Poche taglie a disposizione e il tentativo di vendere qualsiasi cosa anche se fuori misura cercando di andare oltre l'evidenza della taglia non idonea indossata dal cliente. Cliente vincolato all'acquisto ordinando la taglia giusta non presente in negozio. Folle. In un momento storico in cui i negozi fisici dovrebbero puntare tutto sulla fidelizzazione del cliente, la cortesia e la massima disponibilità (vista la facilità con cui si puo comprare online, ricevendo il reso gratuito, il cambio ecc ecc) certi hanno un modo che allontana la gente. Un negozio del genere immagino abbia rapporti privilegiati coi fornitori dei brand venduti, non si sta parlando del negozietto di roba di terza fascia. Ci si aspetta di piu. Eppure.. Nettamente piu cordiale e gentile il personale dell'altro store Montaldo di galleria mazzini, recensito con un voto certamente migliore. Historic shop, located in via caprera in Sturla. The staff of the other Montaldo store in galleria mazzini, reviewed with a certainly better rating, is much more cordial and kind.
