★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Very disappointed with the food ordered and service. Asked the waiter if there past was with a meat so I ordered and got dry pasta with tomato sauce and pepper only. I told the waiter it was dry and there was no meat in there. He replied that there is, but small. Place to avoid as this shows no respect to a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Tourists- this is absolutely tourist catered, which is great if you know that going in like I did! The food is good and the drinks are very interesting. The fastest service I’ve ever had in Italy. Coffee is fantastic. Husband liked the pizza. The vegetable lasagna pictured below was just ok.

The waiters are disrespectful and take so much time to just serve a croissant and a bottle of water.
We waited more than 30inuts for a poor service and had to reclaim our order three times.
I do not recommend this place at all. You should run !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Monidee cafe as we had breakfast provided there from Dada Suites. The staff were very friendly & accommodating, the place was very clean & the food was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiramisu is frozen, just don't go there. 5€ for a frozen tiramisu, I won't even recommend it to my worst enemy. The waiters even dropped our forks in front of us and pretended nothing, we had one fork for 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were out for the evening walking through the piazza and along the via chiala. The walk and area was nice. The restaurant did not give very good service just not friendly, were out of some things and things were very slow. The flavor of the food was good. The costs were fine for what you got. We asked about fees and service charges and they said no but yet they were on the ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was dirty, staff were unfriendly, & when we asked for a table they tried to scam us & say it was €4 for a table because they obviously thought we were tourists.
EDIT in reply to owner:
I know quite well how things work in Italy. We ordered our food at the counter & it was given on a plate. When we asked if I could have a table outside I was told "i'm not sure I think you may need to pay" & the other guy at the till said "yeah it's €4." Why didn't the guy who charged us include that in the bill? We weren't asked if it was for takeaway or eat on premises, so of course we felt like they were trying to fool us out of money.
So I took it for takeaway instead, I didn't try to take a table (obviously you confused me with someone else you tried to scam).
As an owner you must ask yourself: why do so many bad reviews say the exact same things? Because you consistently provide bad service. Buona fortuna! :)
