Una sola persona allo sportello che fa tutte le operazioni, turno unico per tutto anche per ritiro raccomandata, personale maleducato ed indisponente stessa cosa la direttrice. Sarebbe più opportuno chiuderlo non è dignitoso trattare i clienti come delle bestie.
