★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Ho preso un appuntamento on Line più di un mese prima, il giorno dell’appuntamento prima mi avvisano che la persona che dovrei incontrare non c’è e dopo che l’appuntamento è stato trascritto con un orario diverso da quello della email di conferma.
Bad service. I made an appointment online more than a month before, the day of the appointment before they tell me that the person I should meet is not there and after that the appointment has been transcribed with a different time from that of the confirmation email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente imbarazzante, disconoscono le più elementari regole del vivere civile. Ho preso per ben due volte un appuntamento con un impiegato per aprire un Home Banking e per conoscere le condizioni in essere sul conto corrente appena aperto....... sono stato piantato tutte due volte. Il personale, ma il pesce puzza dalla testa, disconosce le più elementari regole di educazione. Penso che chiuderò subito il rapporto bancario.
Simply embarrassing, they disregard the most basic rules of civilized living. I have twice made an appointment with an employee to open a Home Banking and to know the conditions in place on the current account just opened ....... I have been planted twice. The staff, but the fish stinks from the head, disregards the most basic rules of education. I think I will immediately close the banking relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this bank if you're a tourist. The ATM machine to the right has had many problems the past year with both national and international cards. On a Saturday night I had to wait 20 minutes, only to hear my card get swallowed, and this was after having inserted my PIN, so it obviously read the card. I had to withdraw with a credit card from the ATM machine next to it. On Monday morning I went to the bank with ID, hoping to get it back. Unlike other banks in Italy, they will only send swallowed international cards to the bank, even if you live in Palermo and can prove your identity. For a city like Palermo, which invests a lot in tourism, it is unfortunate to have a bank that provides tourists and international residents with such disappointing experiences. Really glad I chose Fineco now.
